Collection: Lumen Photography

I particularly like the alternative photography methods.  These include lumens which features plant material placed onto photo paper and then developed outside in the sun.

My favorite method is called cyanolumens where I put cyanotype solution onto the paper as well as flowers, leaves, vegetables. Each photographic print is one of a kind. The photo paper used is a variety:  each paper has different properties and creates different effects.

Another form of alternative photography I like are Anthotypes.  The paper is colored with plant materials or spices, then plants are placed onto paper and developed in the sun.
